What is your return policy?
Please note that all items are final sale. Most of the work we do is made to order so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All work is handmade and made to last so please refer to our warranty.
Do you offer jewellery repairs?
Generally our workshop can handle most fine jewellery repairs and remakes. If you have an heirloom piece that you would like resized or refurbished, or need to replace a missing stone you can get in touch with us via info@nathanxthomas.com with a description and we let you know what can be done.
I am interested in learning more about jewellery making do you offer a course?
Yes we do. Nathan offers the premium jewellery making course in Berlin called MAKE. Heads to the website here to find out more information not he courses offered and how you can get involved.
Can I customise one of your designs?
Almost all of our of our items can be customised. Whether it is the stone size or type, gold colour or perhaps some hand engraving just send us an email with the item and which particular changes you would like to make and we will get back to you with some options.
How do I get a ring size in secret?
This can be tricky but there a few ways to get an accurate sizing. The best way is to use an existing ring that you know fits on the same finger, take a picture of the ring on top of a mm ruler to show the diameter and send it to us. Find a more in depth article on ring sizing here.
What is the difference between a white diamond and a champagne diamond ?
Diamonds, like sapphires come a variety of natural colours from pink to blue, yellow and white. Champagne diamonds come in a colour range from a very light champagne colour through to deep brown colour referred to as cognac.
What does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
A bespoke engagement ring project starts at €4000 and usually takes 4-8 weeks to complete.
